Questions
What is the best way to stay safe walking home at night?
Stick to well-lit, busy streets, keep someone informed of where you are, and have a fast way to ask for help. HALO helps with the last two: you can share your live location with people you trust for a set time, and hold the WATCH button to alert them right away.
Does HALO track me all the time?
No. You choose who sees your location and for how long — 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours or until you stop. You can also share an approximate location instead of a precise one.
Does HALO call the police?
No. HALO alerts the people in your circle. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number.
How much does HALO cost?
HALO is free for 7 days with no card needed, then $9.99 per month. You can cancel any time inside the app.
