How does the watch button work?
Hold the watch button for 3 seconds. Halo instantly alerts everyone in your Circle with your live location and a tracking link.
Who can see my live location?
Only the people you explicitly choose in your Circle, and only for the duration you set. Sharing stops automatically when the timer ends.
What is the AI night crime insight?
It generates a historical safety briefing for any location you ask about, highlighting patterns of assault, mugging, and robbery after dark. It is based on general knowledge, not live police data.
What does Halo Premium include?
Premium unlocks AI night crime insights, priority safe-route guidance, unlimited ghost chat, real-time alert notifications, and live location sharing with up to 10 people.
Can I try Premium for free?
Yes. Halo starts every new device with a 7-day free trial of all features. No login or payment card is required during the trial.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
